Quality Assurance
ResearchMaster Pty Ltd is certified as a quality assured company having satisfied an independent audit by
an authorised auditing body. This certification was awarded in July 1999 following the decision to become
a quality assured company early in 1998 and was recently renewed in July 2008. It is the result of
concerted effort by all staff that has helped ResearchMaster Pty Ltd to produce superior products and
services and to achieve and maintain quality assurance certification.
QA Capability Statement:
ResearchMaster Pty Ltd is registered as a quality assured organisation for the "Development,
implementation, maintenance and support of computer software based, enterprise wide, research management
systems including related consultancy services".
Quality Policy
ResearchMaster Pty Ltd will adhere to the highest possible quality standards in the delivery of software
and products and consulting services to our clients. To achieve these standards we have implemented a
quality improvement strategy which will result in many benefits to our company, our employees and most
importantly, our clients. The quality management system consists of a business plan and a set of constantly
evolving and improving processes based on the following principles:

are our only focus. To ensure that this is achieved, processes are constantly monitored and measured
through both client and staff feedback to seek constant refinement and ongoing improvement.

the creativity, experience and overall commitment to excellence shown by our staff. As such,
ResearchMaster's management provides an environment to ensure that our staff's knowledge is both
current and extensive so that any service provided to our clients is of the highest quality.

The procedures implemented will conform to the standards as set out in AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 in the
areas appropriate to ResearchMaster. These procedures will be maintained and improved through
direct involvement of all ResearchMaster management and staff.
