ResearchMaster’s Administrators Implementation training is performed onsite. It involves installation and administrative task defining in the many elements of the administration of the ResearchMaster system.

This includes:

  • security setup
  • parameter setting
  • customisation for local naming conventions
  • custom list setting
  • automatic email setup
  • category and grouping initialisation
  • a variety of other central management training components

In essence, this training allows local administrators to understand how the flexibility of the ResearchMaster system is attained and how to utilise it for their own organisation.

This is a compulsory option for new sites.
